Vegan Gummy Bears with Superfood

The well-known gummy bears are now vegan and enriched with delicious superfoods! It's a really fun way to enjoy the taste and benefits of superfoods smiley

Here are the best combinations in our experience:

Organic Maca powder / Pineapple juice

Organic Acai powder / Coconut milk or berry juice

Matcha powder / Coconut milk

Ashwagandha powder / Coconut milk or almond milk

Simple preparation suggestion:

Get out your gummy bear molds. Heat 1 cup of liquid (from the combinations above) with 1 tablespoon of powdered Agar-Agar and 4 tablespoons of sweetener (or to taste) in a pan on the stove. Bring to a boil. Cool and add the superfood powder (from the combinations above). It is important to let the solution cool slightly before adding the powder, as high heat can weaken its effectiveness (e.g. vitamin content). However, do not let it cool completely, as it will start to gel. Quickly fill the molds with the liquid and refrigerate. You can keep them in the refrigerator for up to a week.
