Matcha pesto is a great way to load your pasta with antioxidants and make it look prettier too!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3/4 cup roasted pine nuts
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup parsley leaves
30 g parmesan or vegan cheese
2 teaspoons Organic Matcha powder
Salt and pepper to taste
150 g pasta per person
Preparation suggestion: Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, heat slightly, and pour over cooked pasta.
