Do you want to make a quick and delicious breakfast? Then choose the Acai bowl.

Make sure you always have frozen bananas and preferably some frozen berries at home. The frozen ingredients add density to your breakfast and allow the toppings to really stay on top without sinking!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Organic Acai powder
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries (preferably blueberries)
1 Medjool date or teaspoon maple syrup
120 ml apple juice or plant-based milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation suggestion: mix all the ingredients in the blender and add toppings according to your taste, creativity and hunger level :) Favorite toppings: granola, fresh berries, coconut chips, chia seeds, fruit pieces.
