Making beetroot cream soup is a very simple task: just add the cleaned ingredients to the pot, steam, and then blend until smooth. You can also use diced light-colored vegetables as a topping - as a decoration.
Ingredients:
500 g carrots (preferably organic)
1 slice of ginger (1 cm)
3 tablespoons Organic Beetroot Powder
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
300ml water
salt (to taste)
Preparation suggestion:
Boil or steam the carrots, then blend all the ingredients together and keep warm.
