Ingredients (for 1 large serving or 2 smaller servings):
15 g Chia seeds
60 g Oats / Oatmeal
20 g Agave syrup
2 tsp. Organic Maca powder
2 Tbsp. Peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
250 ml Plant-based milk
150 g Plant-based yogurt
250 g Raspberries (frozen or fresh)
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients except raspberries in a mason jar or bowl. Mix well.
together.
2. Refrigerate overnight - or at least 2 hours - until set.
3. Before eating, put the raspberries in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. The
The raspberries will fall apart. The raspberry sauce can also be made in the microwave.
4. Take the porridge out of the fridge and mix well. If it is too thick, you can add more
milk.
5. Pour the warm raspberry sauce into the bottom of a mason jar, then layer peanut butter and
porridge. Sprinkle raspberries and hazelnuts on top. Eat immediately!
