Ingredients (for 6 pieces):
90g Organic Hemp Seed Protein Powder
60 g Agave syrup
60 g Peanut butter
1/2-1 dl water
50 g Dark chocolate
10 g Hazelnuts (cut into small pieces)
10 g Hemp seeds
30g Dark chocolate (melted)
Preparation :
1. Place all ingredients except the hazelnuts, hemp seeds and dark chocolate in a food processor. Process until smooth, then gradually add water until it comes together (it won't fall apart when you pinch it between your fingers).
2. Add the chocolate pieces, hazelnut pieces and hemp seeds and knead into the mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into a lined 15cm x 30cm pan.
4. Place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes, then cut into 6 equal pieces with a warm knife. 5. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl.
6. Dip the bottom of the slices into the chocolate, then drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top of the slices.
7. Sprinkle with hemp seeds if desired.
8. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
9. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, or in the freezer for up to 1-2 months.
