Ingredients:
1 whole banana, mashed
1 flaxseed egg or regular egg
3 tablespoons Organic Maca powder
1 tablespoon Organic Cocoa Powder
3 tablespoons Organic Rice Protein Powder
4 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring/extract
2 dl plant-based milk
10 tablespoons of oatmeal, ground/ground into flour
5 tablespoons almond meal or ground almond flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation suggestion: First, mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix everything together until you get a homogeneous mixture. Grease the muffin tins with coconut oil and fill with the mixture. This batch will make about 12 muffins. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 20-25 minutes.
