Matcha Fudge

Ingredients:

(6 larger, or 12 smaller):

1 tsp. Organic Matcha powder

100 g Cashew butter

100 g Oatmeal

60 g Agave syrup

2-3 Tbsp. Water (optional)

Preparation:

1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Chop until smooth, then chop into small pieces.

add water (if necessary) until it comes together (doesn't fall apart when pinched between your fingers).

2. Place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes, then cut into 6-12 equal pieces with a warm knife.

3. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.

4. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, or in the freezer for up to 1-2 months.
