Cherry-chia chocolate pudding

Ingredients:

Cherry layer

200 g frozen cherries or sour cherries

10 g chia seeds

10 g erythritol (or more, to taste)

100 ml plant-based milk

1 teaspoon Organic Beetroot Powder

Chocolate layer

1 ripe avocado

50 ml coconut yogurt

15g Organic Cocoa Powder

100 ml plant-based milk

25 g powdered erythritol (or more, to taste)

White Layer and Topping

2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

2 teaspoons Organic Hemp Seeds

Preparation:

1. Place the ingredients for the cherry layer in a saucepan and cook over low heat, then let cool.

2. Place the ingredients for the chocolate layer in a powerful blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If necessary, you can add yogurt or plant-based milk to make it easier to blend.

3. The assembly is coming!

Pile the cherry "jam" into the bottom of the glasses, then add a few spoonfuls of coconut yogurt and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
