Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon Organic Ashwagandha powder
2.5 dl plant-based milk
2 tablespoons of any nut (we prefer almonds as they contain tryptophan, which helps you sleep better)
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup or honey, or 1 Medjool date
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
1 pinch sea or Himalayan salt
1 drop of vanilla extract
some edible flowers for decoration :)
Preparation suggestion:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, then heat slightly, decorate and enjoy!
